Grocery Bag With Yoyo Flowers

Bored with your recycle shopping Bag?  Why don't you just add a little embelishment with these simple yoyo flowers with cute buttons.  I did a little project by sewing these yoyo flowers in the shape of a heart.  Now it's definitely looking adorable and fashionable too for shopping time.

Kitchen Towels For Moms

 

It's Mother's Day again and for this special day,  I did these kitchen towels for my mom.  I love the nautical colours of the towels and it will be nice and practical gift for moms.  My mom usually like gifts that she are able to have a good and proper use of it. 



I usually like adding little embellishment to the towels because it will be much more personal as a gift for someone.  I just sew on a ribbon at the bottom of the towel as a border and added some cute yoyo flowers and buttons.  And that's about  it.  It looks simple and lovely...  I did sew on some cute saying of 'love' and 'dream' onto the towels and it looked super cute.  Have you decided on your mother's day gift?

Felt Organizer

 

As my felt mania continues, what better way to be creative than making these fun felt organizers.  I got this idea from a friend of mine and I like her little felt organizers so much and I decided to make a few for myself.

 

 

Obviously the bright blue polka dot is all mine as I'm also obsessed with polka dots so this is a perfect organizer for me.  I decorated  with a simple crochet flower and little cute buttons.  I did make another organizer for Jeremy and his organizer is super adorable too with printed felt elephants.

As for little Jeremy's organizer.. there's a little pocket too and a pen holder for him.  I make an elephant clip for him to match the organizer.

Polka Dot Day

Firstly, I'm obsessed with polka dots.. I don't know why but i think the polka dots pattern are really cute..  I bought these little plain boxes to send it as gift boxes,  so i added some yoyo flowers  to dress up the little boxes.  The colour of  reds and the blacks really compliment each other really well.. My friends just adore the little boxes with the simple idea of  DIY.

Cute Yoyo Flower Clip Bookmarks

Love this idea of  cute little yoyo flowers clip.

Bored with the ordinary clips?  Transformed it to something cute and lovely..

I've little yoyo flowers left behind from a project, so not to waste any of the flowers, I've decided to add to the clip and it looks so adorable.  It was an easy craft to make just attached the yoyo flowers with glue onto the clip and it's done. Super fast, easy and looks so cute to clip it on papers and books.

Yoyo Flower Wreath

As yoyo flowers is one of my favourites,  so I decided to make this lovely wreath with cute yoyo flowers.

This yoyo wreath is so simple to make and it looks so sweet with the flower fabric and I added some colourful buttons onto it and little flowers to the yoyo flowers.  Just glue all the yoyo flowers round the wreath and that's it... looks simple and yet lovely..

Sweet Make Up Purse

For this project, I took out my old jeans that I'm not wearing anymore to make a simple purse out of it.

To create this sweet purse, I decided to add some white lace to bring out the denim colour and sew some yoyo flowers onto it.  To make the yoyo flowers to stand out more, I added some blue ribbon roses too.

So now I have a my sweet little denim make up purse to store all the makeup in my handbag.

Cute DIY for Photo Frame

 

Took a boring picture frame and transform into something cute.

 

 

Before that, the picture frame was grey in colour and I feel that it's a very dull colour and boring to look at.  So I repaint the whole frame with a mint green colour.

 

After painting it and I added some yoyo flower fabrics to the photo frame. 

 

It looks so cute with the layering of yoyo flowers and the choice of colours.

Red and White

Went looking for some cotton material for this Christmas season.  Planning using the fabric for making Christmas garland.  How lovely are these combination of colours and patterns..

I might make some yoyo flowers out of it. Yup, I'm feeling all festive already and preparing myself for the holidays.

Yo-yo flowers

This is the first time I'm making yoyo flowers as cushion covers.. It' a fun project and it' rather relaxing cause for once I'm not using my hot glue gun (it's because i'm always burning myself with the glue gun).

The cushion cover looks very sweet and looks like little candies from afar.  Definitely thinking of making more of the flowers.  Slowly but surely but for now, I've other projects to plan out.
